Firstly, you need get a claim number. This can be done a number of ways.
A) Submit a Claim Online
Log in to your AXA Global Healthcare online portal.
Go to the "Make a Claim" section.
Input essential information regarding the injury.
After submission, you should receive a claim number via email or in your portal account.
B) Call the Customer Support Team
If you need immediate assistance, call AXA Global Healthcare’s customer service number. It should be in your emails regarding AXA or information pack.
They will guide you through the process and provide a claim number if needed.
Provide the claim number to the physiotherapist and you do not need to pay anything after your physiotherapy session.
If you DON'T have the claim number before your first physiotherapy session, you can pay for your first session and get a receipt. You then will upload this receipt onto your online portal. AXA will then reimburse you (according to your policy) the physiotherapist and provide you will a claim number for your future sessions.
If you have other health insurance, you will have to pay per session. However a receipt will be provided and depending on your insurance policy, they will partially or fully reimburse the cost.
