About Clifton Pure Physio
Síofra Fogarty graduated as a physiotherapist from Trinity College Dublin, later completing a postgraduate certificate in Clinical Exercise. She has worked internationally in musculoskeletal private practices across New Zealand, Australia, England, Ireland, and Spain, gaining extensive experience in treating a wide range of injuries and conditions.
She founded Clifton Pure Physio in 2022 in Bristol, UK with a clear vision: to not only resolve injuries, but to help clients understand their bodies, prevent future issues, and stay strong and pain-free.
Síofra’s primary focus is musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including headaches, back and neck pain, sports injuries, women’s health and postural injuries. She is certified in dry needling, a trained APPI Pilates instructor, trained in the Watson headache clinic and uses the McKenzie Method for back pain. Her hands-on approach integrates a variety of techniques such as soft tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilisations, and therapeutic taping etc.
An athlete at heart, Síofra has competed at national level in athletics, rugby, and rowing. When not treating clients, she’s happiest outdoors—on the water or in the mountains.
