Workstation Assessments
What is a workstation Assessment ?
A Workstation Assessment (WSA) is also known as a DSE assessment. This assessment evaluates the Display, Screen and Equipment set up. This assessment also includes seating and workplace environment analysis. With more and more people working remotely or from a co-working space, a review of the workstation environment is required by law. Our goal at Pure Physio Workstation is to empower the client with a detailed report, knowledge and suitable equipment to help prevent injuries and improve both Physical and Mental Health.
Who needs one ?
Anyone who spends more than 1 hour a day at a laptop or computer screen needs a Workstation Assessment. Each time a person moves location, a new WSA is needed.
Why do I need a workstation Assessment (WSA) ?
Anyone who works in an EU country, the employer must legally conduct a WSA evaluating the risks, physical problems, and mental stress. The employer must then take appropriate action to remedy any hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
